Are you sure there is no jitter what so ever in Sensei?
What about dust proof? Does dust still gets in sensor and it stop moving like Xai?
Theres no jitter unless you have a crappy surface and using very high dpi. Like other laser sensor with high dpi it doesn't like dust if you are using a high dpi setting

You said it has the same dimension as the xai. Does it have the same shape?

To answer your questions, the sensor (Avago 9500) has an acceleration flaw on all surfaces. Most people generally can't feel or don't have a problem with it. I think you can live with the 5% accel unless you're used to how a specific type of sensor works.

-If you use your wrist to play games, I don't think the sensor acceleration will bother you as much.

-If you use your arm with all forms of acceleration off, then muscle memory might be a little harder to grasp, but it's not impossible.
You can relearn muscle memory, remember, its all in the head.

Thanks. Im considering buying one. I dont understand why I would get the sensei over the xai though if they are identical in shape and sensor.

I currently have the da 3g, which has the best sensor, but its a bit broad which has helped giving me rsi and its a bit on the heavy side.

Has anyone been able to find this mouse in stock in Europe (store that ships to Finland)? Also how does it track on Artisan Hien (they still don't have Hayate in stock in their own site)?

Directly from steelseries
http://shop.steelseries.com/en/mice/...es-sensei.html

Caseking
http://www.caseking.de/shop/catalog/...ei::17235.html

Overclockers uk
http://overclockers.co.uk/showproduc...odid=KB-027-ST

And the avago 9500 does perform great on the hien too, it just have a rough surface so you have to make sure you don't mind that

I'd buy from Steelseries but they don't ship until next week. Do you know where I could get Hayate to Finland? Any info on their new website? It's been down a few weeks now.

EDIT: Have you tried CM Spawn? Which one do you prefer: Sensei or Spawn?
