What is your current block ? DD TDX? You don't have the LGA775 for it?

Again, not to be a salesmen, but I have a brand new swiftech apogee with all the mounts for $45 shipped.. with a blue acryllic top that needs to be installed (paid $60 shipped).. box is open but haven't installed it..

But yea, the RAM needs to be DDR2.. you can get a decent ammount for your RAM here.

why dont you just go for a 6400 like mike? then you will save money, and get the same overclock out of it? after all that is what overclocking is all about, (too buy the cheaper cpu and overclock it too more expensive speeds)

Well then again, the lower end Core 2 Duo chips aren't true Conroe, they are Allendale. If you want 2x4mb l2.. then E6600 is the chip to go... and everywhere is out of stock due to preorders (don't quote me )
