Ye i ran prime95 Small FFT 10 min and Blend 10 min no errors, Memtest86 6 passes no error.

I had this problem before then one 2GB stick was broken.
Then i did get errors in memtest86 immediately.

Here a link from my new bluescreen 3 different now :O

D1 can be caused by many stuff. It might be the RAM but some software like "daemon tools" can cause that too. But I would blame the RAM.
BTW:

This means close to nothing. You have to run it for much longer if you want to find instability...

Ye true i should run it much longer, i dont think it is software becouse i only get it when i overclock.

Maybe the voltages are not correct?

So you have noticed this is my first time overclocking so i have much to learn.

Should it be good enough to run the blend test the whole night just before i go to bed so 8 hours or so, tonight i'll run memtest86.

I only have a problem with prime95 it doesnt give me a log, do you know a good alternative program to stress my cpu?

I would use Intel Burn Test or LinX.(They do the same job - just a different interface)
You will only have to run it for like 30 runs. This doesn`t take long. I never had any stability issues if it didn`t show errors after some runs of IBT. (OMG this is bad english - but I am nearly sleeping. so forgive me )
I can only recommend it.
And if it is no software issue then again:
The RAM. There is something wrong.maybe you could post some CPU-Z screenshots of the memory tab and again a hwm screen with the voltages.

And please mate, don`t get frustrated! Sometimes things get messy and YOU have to get your hands dirty
