So im trying to hook up my computer to my new TV but in windows it shows up as generic non pnp monitor and if i extend the desktop to it it does nothing, it wont even register on my TV which just sits there with a blue screen. Im using a DVI to VGA adapter and hooking it up to the VGA on my TV. Help plz.
