Thread Starter
8GB at least
1.5v or less
1866Mhz +
Decent timings
Around 50 bucks

Way to many options out there... What should I get?
dominators or some really nice g skill will meet that requirement and probablly be what i would go with something like these

this g skill runs 2000mhz at cas 9 with 1.55v

edit heres a newegg link sorted high to low price at 1.5 v the top 8 or so will fall right into what your looking for
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...ED&Pagesize=20

Personally I would go with Either corsair, Gskill, or Mushkin redlines if your looking for some real OC potential

just saw your pricing you wont get those specs in 8gb sets for under $50 unless your rediclously lucky

Just saw the $50 tag honestly thats going to be a little hard like Radical_ED said I would look for a good set of Gskill,Corsair,Mushkin like he said but look for them at these specs and then oc them

1600mhz
cl9 (or lower)
1.5v
those options should let you get the most out of ocing them ive heard good things about the mushkin radioactive memory overclocking really well as well as some of the ripjaws x series

edit looks like $70 is the best you can do with your asking specs

Or you take these:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231314
$51.99 but only 1600ish.
But you could tweak the timings and MHz which might require to add some volts.
Like the other lads wrote 1866MHz and 8GB and nice timings AND ONLY $50 is nearly impossible.
If you need good RAM 1600ish RAM will do it.
If you need top of the range RAM with high MHz and uber timings you will have to spend a lot more money!

How many times did you have to refer to your thread?!
I would vote for a "sticking" this thread so everyone could look into this thread before asking for help!
BTW: You did an awesome job there!

@OP: Of course no offence to you or your question!

lol apparently a few have already asked mods and even myself, but we never seem to get a response from any of them which is quite disapointing.

Thanks again for your kind words, it would most certainly help some people if it's right there at the top lol

Maybe I'll PM a MOD again and see what happens.
