Posting Format : As SSD or something similar and comparable, with information regarding your setup... chipset, driver, sata controller, and most importantly stripe size.
See below for a reason to check within rst to enable write back cache, after you already probably thought you had it enabled elsewhere in device manager (at least that's what happened to me).
Mobo:Asus P8P67 Pro 3.1 (latest non beta bios)
Drives: Two Crucial m4 128gb (firmware 0009) connected to intel sata 6 ports (WHITE).
Raid 0 : Stripe 128kb (default).
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64 sp1 (fresh install.. updated to the tilt), office 2010, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Chrome.. and codecs + vlc. Nothing else is installed.
Intel RST Raid : 10.6.0.1022
Intel Chipset: 9.2.0.1030
-------------------------------------------------

--------------------------------------------------------
Write back cache enabled via RST... even though it was already enabled via device manager on above benchmarks.

So except for 4k reads, which appear to be lower than the the drive not in raid... it seems pretty golden.
I'm curious as to what results everyone else has gotten.
