Thanks for that. The new style of water fall does make a 2 bay fall possible. I use an anticavitation diverter over the pickup port so it scavenges water even at a low level like 1"

The bonds are made with Weldon 3 and a 26 gauge capillary applicator called a Plasticator.

That hole in the base is for the CCL lighting to exit. Due to space constraints there is only room for tubes...not inverters. Dimensions were to the client spec. The internals of that 15" x 9" x 6" chunk of real estate were left to me. I only allotted 3/4" for the lights...and even that impacted the layout I had drawn up weeks ago. Everything is in close proximity.
