Yeah thats true, to test it out: i enabled all C states and other stuff in CPU Configuration and it still doesnt sleep. I keep getting 13 or it could be E1, when i power it back on. Where can i check on the dr debug codes??

In the manual. I would disable all of the c states.

But the C states are responsible for Sleep function right? I want to get it working.

Right, but I am saying disable them all and make sure your OC is 100% stable. Then, I think you will only want C1 state enabled. What ever the first choice is. Also, make sure you go into windows power settings and make sure that sleep is not disabled. Most of the time, you have it set to high performance, but you have to change something in there to make it work right. I cannot remember right off hand.

Isn't that something you have to set in windows? Are you referring to speed step? That is what throttles the cpu down while it is not loaded.

No. It's between DRAM configuration and the voltages in BIOS.

huh, you have the most recent bios update?
I've just took it down to 4.6ghz at motherboard auto setting which seams to do the trick. A real shame though as I would really need sleep working as my bills are through the roof. I think it's my power supply. Using a PSU calculator I checked my sig rig with all the fans and everything included. It equaled 694 watts. My psu is 700 watts. I think we ma have found the problem in my case. A real shame though.

after reading all feedback from you guys about this weird boot up problem now is my turn, last week i had got this
1 - 300Mbps Wireless N PCIe Adapter and after some hours running i had lost my SLI option in my NVidia control panel i thought it was NVidia drivers but after 4 days i finally find out it was my Asus Wireless card, so i had to remove it after a reboot BaMMMMM my SLI option was there and before i found out what was the problem i had lost the VGA drivers a couples times booted my pc and no VGA drivers at all. ( it happen many times ) so Problem fixed after i removed the wireless card.

2 - Now it become weird again, problem when i boot my pc it take some try to boot correctly. BUT now is my sound card windows now start losing drivers sometimes and i have to go trough windows drivers issue fix, * windows always had fixed it* but ***. i had to backup all my $h1T and reinstalled the OS and the problem still happen.

Bios - updated - i had flashed a fresh bios last night so i have no issues yet.
OC - I'm stable on 4.7 i have proof a couples post back
STOCK - i when back to stock if this problem will come again.
DRIVERS - i had removed and installed all my drivers. SOUND and VGA. all update.
BOOT LOOK UP - Need more test and figure it out.

PS: i never had such a problem like that and weird think its not only me redface.gif
