Mine burnt

I have a lamptron touch and it burnt up today I just got it from frozencpu Sept. 15th how do I go about getting some help?
I had three AP-15s per channel on five channels nothing on 6th channel

Alls I can say is that shouldn't burn it out even on start up gts dont use that much power, Contact frozencpu and they will swap it.

AP 1850s are 0.36A when speeding up. so thats 1.08*12 12.96 Watts which is still miles off.

Has a FET blow or something?

^^^^THIS.I had bought a fc5v2 from them and it came as a defective.a few messages and they sent me another one.Although I did have to send the other one at my own expense.Got the new on a few days later and works pefect.Now all I need is my fans from the group order.

yea FET burnt but I didnt even try frozencpu everyone says there RMA sucks I was gone to ship to Lamptron but there website RMA doesnt want to work. And they want a picture lol thats fine I have a cam but what about people who dont then there site crashes after you send the info. Man not looking good
