Need as many opinions as possible (upgrade)

Ok so I'm going to the store tomorrow to order a new GPU. I have R1800 (about 200 $).prices of electronics are higher here in SA, and a good quality asus direct CU gtx550 goes for about 200 $. I'm very keen to get this card. Will the card bottleneck my system? What alternatives can you recommend? I need as many opinions as possible. Thank you!!!

That particular card will definitely not bottleneck your system. Your CPU may, however.

There may or may not - it depends on the application. But if there was one, yes, it would be a CPU based bottleneck, not a GPU one.
