Rig Setup:
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Propus 3.0GHz
ASUS M4A785T-M (with newest BIOS from asus site)
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600 (Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL)
ASUS EAH5550/G/DI/1GD3(LP) Radeon HD 5550 1GB 128-bit DDR3
Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 ST31000528AS 1TB 7200 RPM HDD
RAIDMAX HYBRID 2 RX-730SS 730W PSU

And BIOS Setup (hope you don't mind pictures):

CPUz Validation:

Just wondering how I did for a noob OC'er. I ran Prime95 for a little over an hour and had no problems at all. The only thing is (and I searched a little but would like confirmation) I can't get my RAM to work under the 800mhz selection in BIOS. When I reboot all I get is a blank monitor. I can hear the computer working, but the screen goes into power save mode (no signal mode). I'm assuming this is because my processor doesn't support 1600mhz RAM settings. Also I can't go much higher with the CPU/HT reference clock (maybe 1mhz) and I was wondering if anyone could tweak my setting a little to get that extra bit of power. I'm not sure if the ASUS "unleashing mode" has much effect on the OC either. Any input would be greatly appreciated, but is not expected as I am just showing off my first OC attempt

You might consider running P95 for more than just an hour. That is not nearly long enough to call it a stable overclock.

3 hours should be good then after that as long as you don't crash should be fine... but one thing is your volt is kinda high idk about athlons but i know Phenom II is 1.55v

and welcome to OCN

Yeah I haven't really gotten a chance yet to really run Prime95 for a good 5-8 hours, but I will. Until then everything seems to be fine (gaming, photoshop, etc.). And yes the voltage is set at 5.75v but when I run prime it never seems to go over 1.5v in cpu-z. I don't know how accurate the meter is in real time, or if there is some other setting in my BIOS that is keeping the voltage from going to the full 5.75v. I'll lower the voltage in BIOS and run again and see if I get the same effect. I guess there's no need for it to be set that high if it never goes that high anyway. And if my memory clock is set at 667, shouldn't cpu-z read it as 1334 since it's ddr3 RAM? I'm still new at all this. Also I forgot to mention but my CPU and video card are water cooled. So I'm assuming I can push this thing a little further maybe?
