You didn't post back so I guess the problem is solved after installing the CAP.

You can try to use MSI afterburner 2.2.0 Beta 8 to set custom fan profile. Here download http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner...up220Beta8.zip

If it creates problem, uninstall Afterburner and use Overdrive in CCC to set manual fan speed.

Just reading through this thread as I had exactly the same problem as you. 2x5770 in Crossfire and 6GB playing Med/High at 1080p.

If I have Crossfire enabled and press Alt+Enter to go Fullscreen it crashes.

I have installed different CAT drivers and currently on the 11.10 preview with CAP 10.8.

So you solved your problem by installing CAP 10.9? Where do you get this from?

11.10 does not supper xfire well.

1- uninstall all amd software including CAP, clean all drivers
2- install 11.9 ccc
3- install 11.8 CAP
4- disable ULPS

i suggest someone touch this up and put up as a sticky or something because the problem might be widespread and leads to two days of tail chasing.

You dont need any CAPS for the 11.9 drivers or 11.10 previews. All previous CAPS releases are included in any new driver packages and as of this post there have been no new CAPS released after the release of the 11.9 drivers. Next ones to install will be 11.9 CAP 1. As for Battlefield 3 crossfire is just extremely buggy at the moment and not performing as well as it should. Obviously this is down to the fact of it being a beta release and also it wont have perfect driver support yet. When I ran in crossfire in BF3 it will run fine for 5-10 minutes and then will just become completely unplayable as the fps slowly decrease until it becomes a slideshow. With crossfire disabled I experience none of this and my fps is very similar to what I saw with it enabled so for now I run BF3 beta with crossfire disabled.
