Okay, those are all nice choices.

Some ideas:

I think the GTX 560 Ti is a wrong choice. It's basically an overclocked GTX 460 for twice the price.
If I were you, I'd stay alert on eBay and try to knab a GTX 480 or HD 6950 for 180-200$ like I did (three times). Shipping prices shouldn't be high from the US to the UK.

The BD drive seems perfectly adequate. Really nothing to nit pick.

The CPU cooler is a good choice, but I would personally go with a RASA Kit (Google it, as I am not sure where to find it in the UK) or a Corsair H60, which is more popular:

As for the monitor, if you can live without 3D, you can get a Dell 24" IPS-panel monitor for around the same price, if I am not mistaken. That would be my personal choice.
