idk if your still looking for ram but IMO 1600 is the sweet spot with reasonable latency and timings, i've actually seen different benchmarks that showed 1866 dropping fps

what about some corsair vengeance 1866? http://www.alternate.nl/html/product...3&l3=DDR3-1866
Go to your motherboards support page and there should be a approved vendors list for the memory that is supported.
Also i would go for a better board like the Asus Crosshair 5.
I currently own this board and it is wonderful. The UFEI bios is awesome and overclocking is a breeze and if your really technical the options are endless.

yeah i've changed to board to the sabertooth 990fx. its only 140 now. the crosshair v is nice, but its not really better i think and it costs 189 euros, thats 50 euros i cant invest in a mouse/keyboard

i'd like:
-1920*1080
-120hz
-22~24"
-led

for under 200 dollars/euros

i've seen some samsungs and acers that qualify for me. is there any brand i shouldnt get? i heard LG is crap

200 eur0s= about $270 and for $320 there is this one http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...448&CatId=4231

the lg is 300 flat and personally are the most reliable brand ive ever used IMO
i know, problem is that most thing that cost 300 sollars cost 300 euros aswell, thanks to shipping, european import taxes and dutch import taxes over that total price aswell.

oh and led is not a must, but if a similar display has led, and is only 20 euros extra, then i'll go for that one. but again, led is not a must, 120hz is
