What IC's should I be looking for? - DDR2

Last time I was heavily into the overclocking game, D9GMH's were the chips to have. I had a pair of Gskill HZ's that overclocked beautifully, but after a year and a half or so, off to RMA they went.

Now I just want a kit I can run at low voltage (Preferably 1.8v), and not have to worry about them crapping out on me after a few years. So what IC's would fit that bill?

Budget is around $55 for a 2x2GB kit of DDR2. The lower the better, as it won't be going into my main rig. Just want tough, reliable ram. OC'ing won't be a concern.

I ran into these Team Elites for a great price, but I've been reading of a lot of people getting 1/2 working sticks. And it looks like they're using ProMOS IC's. A few years back I remember reading they were pretty bad - Is this still the case?

I'd love to hear your thoughts.

If you look for the set of Mushkin I have, if you have a NB willing to cooperate, you can hit 1200+ MHz at near stock timings.

But you have the 2x1GB kit, which I'm sure overclocks much better than any 2x2GB kit.

I really don't mind the overclocking.. I just a good kit with quality IC's that I don't have to worry about.
