Need help choosing new video card

Thread Starter
I am upgrading from an MSI Radeon HD 4890 Cyclone OC. Which I plan to sell for $100.

Here are the two I've found:

SAPPHIRE 100315L Radeon HD 6850 1GB
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16814102908

EVGA 01G-P3-1370-TR GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB
http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product...82E16814130570

Both of them are the same price. Well other than the Radeon having a $5 more in a rebate, which I don't care too much about.

I just cant decide. Anyone able to help me?

The Radeon card is slightly better and consumes less power I believe.

6xxxs tend to work far better in massive resolution in Crossfire than SLI I believe too so it'd be better down the road.

They trade blows. Can't go wrong with either of them. I would probably go for 6850 as it is slightly better in DX11. Go for GTX 460 if you need PhysX or the Cuda cores.
