Yo guys, good news ))

I made it stable or at least its alot better then before...im limited with time this last 2 months and i cant make a propper blend 12 hours test, but it does pass both 1344/1792 25 mins on both without a hich,

Here are the new settings, i dunno which one helped tbh, but i think VCCIO to 1.100 it help most.

Vcore 1.435
Vccio 1.100
Cpu pll 1.700
Pll overvoltage - enabled
Dram 1.5
vcore phase control - ultra fast
LLC- ultra high
Vccio full phase control - enabled
Vccsa full phase control - enabled
Vdram full phase control - enabled
Cpu Current -140
Vcore switching - 350
Vcore phase control - extreme
Dram freq - 2133
Cpu multy x50

This gave me decent stability, and yes i know 1792/1344 are not reliable but look at that this way, i tried like 15 times in a row, 1972 crashed at 1/2 mins, or even instant, at first seconds....when i set this settings in BIOS, i passed 25 mins of both 1972/1344 so its good enough for me, also temps where amazing, dunno how i get it so low 5GHZ air, D14 - max temp 79, before on lower vcore 1.425 - was getting like 82/85 now with higher vccio/pll/vcore i get 4/5c lower temps im so confused

Thanks all for your help guys !
