Third gpu for second monitor ( crossfire issue )

Ok so ive a problem and i hope one of you guys can help me.

I have a 6870 and planning on getting a second one too but ive a problem. I am using two screens, one 22ich monitor and one 17ich one.
If i put crossfire on i know that i cant use both monitors so i was thinking if i could add a 3rd cheap graphics card for the 17inch monitor?

Thanks

First - Welcome to OCN! Please add your system specs

Now, don't know where you get your info, but you CAN use 2+ monitors with CrossFire So go ahead, no problems there. I've been using 2 monitors with CrossFire for about a year.
