Crappy company, crappy products, crappy pay, crappy employees... In 2012 you do not use VOIP since all the players are deaf and mutes.

You really don't realize how childish you sound. Your seriously crying because you get to play a game and not get paid for it? I'm sorry, I must be misunderstanding something, you want to be paid for playing a beta?

Childish? Do you even KNOW how to read. Where did I say I want to get paid for QA?

I am arguing the fact that playing in beta is not a privilege to us. It should be a privilege to Dice since we are taking our time to test the game and give feedback.

Or really? Maybe that is true with you, but if a company keeps spitting out products full of bugs on release I try and stay away from them because they are not worth the money.

People like you with that kind of mind set are the once responsible for all those companies being lazy and releasing a product early and than patching it later.

People like you are the reasons developers get mad at their customers. Maybe next time there will be no beta because of the complainers like yourself.

Where did I complain? I am responding to the frustrated rep, he is telling us beta is a privilege, which is not true.

Yes the people that complain about beta being buggy, now those are the people that need to get slapped. Its beta it will be buggy.

What I did complain about was, the way the squad management is being implemented. They confirmed that its working as intended and that is just retarded, I don't want to be managing my squad in a web based browser while i am in game.

im with him, well done. put those sooks in their place. be happy we get anything from them. these days a lot of gamers dont even deserve to play games, some of the things they say and "expect" from games and developers. its pathetic. its gone that far now.

People really need to realize they are playing a beta. I had to call EA about my TOR pre-order a couple of hours ago because I got a new bank account and the phone call was really shaky because of how many people were calling in about BF3. I had to ask him "what?" over and over because it was breaking up.

People don't seem to understand that any sort of build that is not the final build is going to have tons of bugs. Every game goes through stages of immense buginess. The purpose of this is not to test out the game and decide if you want to buy it or not (although getting a first look is definitely a plus). You're getting on to play the game so that the developers can gauge what bugs need to be fixed. Chances are that if one person is experiencing a bug, someone else out there is also experiencing the same bug, and it needs to be fixed. However, those bugs may not be apparent in the testing office. That's what we're here for; we have to tell them what bugs we're experiencing and test-drive the system to make sure it's working properly.

Again, this is not a demo. It's a beta test. By test, it's not a test of your enjoyment. It's a test for bugs and glitches. Mission accomplished on that front. However, there are a lot of people out there that are too childish to see that this is a beta test. Instead, they want a pure battlefield experience from the get-go. Too bad the world of computers doesn't work that way.

I just feel sorry for Dice, as this will probably hurt some of their sales. For me, however, I'm a fan, and I can guarantee that when I can afford it, I will buy this game.
The problem isn't that the beta is buggy. The problem is that a year and a half later, Bad Company 2 is damn near as buggy as it was when it came out in beta. The problem is that BF2142 is still halfway broken. DICE is NOT known for fixing issues with their games - they do a pretty damn good job of balancing weapons and all, but as far as bugs and stability goes, they're rather low on my list of devs that release polished games. Seeing a beta this late with this many problems in this small a setting sets off a LOT of alarm bells. The BC2 beta was slightly further out from the launch of the game than the BF3 beta. The BC2 beta was pretty fully featured - helis weren't present and nor were water vehicles, but at least we got to test tanks and such in a max capacity server. The BF3 beta is a half capacity, infantry only map - who knows how many more bugs we can expect once we hop into a tank/jet/heli with twice as many players on the server?

Wasn't there a heli in beta? at the last point and the one before that? or were they removed? We also had UAV's. Only thing we were missing were boats I believe, and not all guns we can unlock.
