Even if you quad SLI 580ers with a 100W PSU. J/K.

The other thing is you might want to look into a better cooler since you got 80€ left.
D14, Silver Arrow or that new Phanteks PH-TC14PE (These are rated *by some* as the top 3)

Sorry, I didn't know about that topic but thanks I think i'll stick with the OCZ as it has a very good efficiency.

About the coolers: I don't think it's worth the extra €50,- because these are the comparisons.

you should get better cooling especially if ur gonna OC that CPU!

Edit: the more you oc the more heat is going thru your CPU and cooler means higher oc's

I know this is one hell of a CPU cooler but do you think the noise is to much?
High-speed fan 59 Db
Low-speed fan 48.5 Db
