I personally use those SS filters on my sig rig, and pantyhose on my 80mm/92mm fans of my old cases.

The Silverstone does trap the mid-to big-size dust, but lets in the smaller particles, at least the first week or so. It does actually get "better" when it gets a bit dirty, but it can filter at least 3/4 of the dust your case is exposed to. I clean them like once a month-2 months and work perfectly, for the price. They do look good, and beats having to clean case that often.

Pantyhose is a bit more restrictive than those, but it does it's job better, it's cheaper (i could use a whole panty on 4 different 80mm fans and still have leftover), and you can get creative on placing locations and color (you could even dye it up). It gets cluttered faster because of that tho, so cleaning needs to be done more frequently or your airflow would suffer. You do not need to get expensive one, just get the cheapest you can find.
