constant freezing...New build...Win7

hello i just got my new computer built. I have been having problem with it ever since my first load. My computer on a fresh install of windows 7 home premium is constantly locking up. When my computer locks up i can move my mouse but all other functions fail to respond. I can not cntrl,alt,delete....click on anything or do anything. Sometimes these lock ups last for a few minutes sometimes I end up having to just shut down manually. At times durning the lock ups it seems like the computer starts to function, for example the computer locks up and i hit cntrl, alr, delete and a minute later it responds but then stops resopnding almost instantly. I have done full PC diagnostics...Memtest 86 for a few hours with no problems, hard drive diagnostics, 3d mark 11 and other diagnostic software with nothing found. I have also reinstalled windows and even on a fresh install with no software installed i at times get the error while updating or doing other task. When the problem does happen it mostly seems to occurr when browsing the internet (IE9). As a final note when i get an lock up and it recovers ill check event logs in windows but find nothing. the computer has never physically crashed as result of a lock up. Im running out of ideas ......

try it with windows on a hdd, and ditch the ocz agility for a lil while. signs seem to be pointing to the ssd, which that sandforce controller is renound for causing problems.

Noob question.... Is the sandforce controller located on the ssd drive and is an error with the SSD it's self or does the mb also have somthing to do with it?...also is there a possible problem with the mb and the jMicron software that came with the mb. Sorry for my lack of knowledge I'm not to sure I under stand Ssd all the way.

the sandforce controller is on the SSD, and has a reputation for causing problems. i suppose there could be a problem with the mobo. but for now i would suggest taking the ssd out of the equation and see if its the culprit
