sure, a GTX 460 at the 560 clocks should perform the same (but the GTX 560 can clock much higher in many cases), while the GTX 550 ti would still be slightly faster than the 450 (around 10% http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=29624&page=2
), but that's why I said "basically" but not exactly, the GTS 450 uses the same GPU with the extra 8rops/memory controller, but it came disabled for yeld issues/or better segmentation, more or less like the GTX 460 and the disabled cuda cores/tmus
but GTS 450 and GTX 550 ti both have only 192cuda cores/32TMUs and this should be the main limiting factor,
so I think the GTX 460 is a much better card anyway,
but yes I should have mentioned the 560 Ti as the equivalent,
but the 460 is still a very good option,
