Gigabyte P55-USB3

Thread Starter
Hey everyone I had a quick question on whether it's recommended to SLI on a Gigabyte P55-USB3. The GPU I have on it now is a Palit GTX 460 2Gb, I was going to get a Palit GTX 460 1Gb but after looking around the 2nd PCI Slot is slower than the first one. I disabled "TURBO USB3.0" in the BIOS, I just need your opinion on this before I buy it, thanks!

You will not notice a diffrence in performance between x16 and x8 because you dont even use half the pci e bandwith with modern cards as it is. but if you are gonna crossfire get another one with 2gb becasue they do operations evenly on both cards and if you use more than 1gb of mem then one card will be bottlenecked and you will get stuttering.

Which one do you recommend? The EVGA GTX 460 2gb? Or the Zotac? The Zotac is similar to my Palit(horrible heatsink) lol
