Get the 8 so you can loosen the timings and get it up to 1866 if you want

Both are 1.5v G-skill Ripjaws right? If you can spare a few dollars, get the cas 8 set instead since the price is fairly close.

Pretty good build! Go with the Gskill ripjaw 8bg. I have a corsair h70 if you want a cheap wc setup for oc? Only had it in my pc for like a 2 months. Went to a custom wc setup. $40 with shipping included if your in the us

That is a tempting offer but I have my mind already set on the d-14. It should provide some beast temps with my airflow setup (hopefully).
