I ignored it because of its shape and its sensor position. Logitech does some pretty stupid crap sometimes.

i have "green stuff" from warhammer if you know what that is

basically i can make a shape for the mouse via sculpting.

i sculpted a groove for the spawn since you lose grip of the mouse lifting it if you dont actually use your pinky with the mouse like i do and i solve problems like that via this green stuff

so as long as i dont have to REMOVE a piece such as the hump in the DA i can always add a very thin sculpted piece and fix this....

and as to the sensor positon i never had a problem with that and i have a problem with almost EVERYTHING so im def gonna give this a try....

I have no idea why they might have put the sensor so far back, this mouse has no weights or anything else that might have gotten in the way.

And so many buttons!! Almost like they were going after the warmouse.

From what I gathered, the sensor (ADNS-3053) in both the G100 and G300 don't have acceleration issues, but multiple users have reported different kinds of tracking bugs.

I have a G100 on order and will be writing a full review once I receive the product.

Their official excuse of moving the sensor was so that they could center a LED and use a two way light tube leading to each side of the mouse so that the pretty lighting was perfectly even on both sides.

Because of this they moved the sensor down and to the side. As I have mentioned multiple times, a sober design team would have centered the sensor and used two LED's on each side of the mouse.

ADNS-3053? Or ADNS-3530? Either way, it's not the same sensor that's going to be used in the upcoming Xornet (ADNS-3050) is it? I'm really hoping the Xornet impresses me so I can get rid of this oddball-shaped DeathAdder.
