The Corsair CX400 is the same as the Antec Neo Eco 400 which is a solid unit based on the Seasonic S12II.

I have a GTX 460 and a 955 x4 running off mine just fine (pulling about 300w with both at full load per my Kill a Watt meter).

Yeah that corsair cx400 builder series 400w power supply is good psu made by seasonic, single 12V rail which sensibly utilises 360W or 90% of the PSU's 400W capability.
