Yeah that's in a controlled environment though...I am 99% sure in an actual device that chip would use more power.

I wish they would do more to solve this power issue we are getting into...I mean old flip phones lasted 3 or 4 days on one charge, now it is acceptable for a $400+ phone to run for 5 or 6 hours...better power source before better cpus/gpus in mobile devices PLS
