corsair 850 will supply 850watts continually and around 930watts peak.
each 580 will eat about 300watts at full load and the 2600k will eat around 115watts.
850 will do just fine.

The PSU has to be fully modular indeed.
I hate the cable tree and am pretty anal about cable management, I'll admit.
I won't be sleeving the cables just yet, but that might be happening in the future when/if I have some time to kill. (thanks Jingiko)
Anyway, all my questions have been answered (and then some) so thanks a lot guys (and girls, who knows?)!

AX850 it is!
