I found out the best memory clock setting is 1375

The best configuration at the moment for me is 920-1375mhz

Is anyone got a better setting for me??? with the stock voltage

but why higher memory clock give less performance, i dont understand

you prolly hit that performance wall where a certain OC degrades performance but atleast you got a good OC tho in the long run

Think of it like OC'ing your CPU ... at a certain point, like JunkoXan said it becomes unstable and thus degrades your performance, also just like ALL CPU's aren't created equal not all GPU's are either, and some cards will do better than others, even from the same brand, same make, same etc. It's just the luck of the draw with GPU's just like it is with CPU's ... be thankful you've gotten a 6950 that Un-Locked not everyone gets as LUCKY as you and I have ... even buying the TOXIC which has the best Un-Lock rate of the remaining 6950 cards out there.

A work around might be giving it a little more voltage and/or just as much fine tuning as you can ... I'm no expert OC'er by any means, but most likely you've gotten all you're going to get out of your card it looks like, and those results look decent to me. You might try posting in OrangeBunnies TOXIC thread, it's kind of become the un-official Toxic owners club hang out and see if you can get some more feedback.
