Depending on which SD card you get.
Class 2 -2 MB/s
Class 4 -4 MB/s
Class 6 -6 MB/s
Class 10 -10 MB/s
I've had many SD cards, and have yet to have one fail on me.
Once again, the iPhone's Flash Storage is no different than the flash storage found in SD Cards. Except of course the lack of flexibility and upgrade options that Apple takes away from you.
Imagine if you could buy an iPhone 5 16GB, and add your own 16 GB Class 10 card for $25 or a 32GB card for like $50. Not to mention for the $100 Apple charges you, you could get 2 32GB cards or 1 64GB card instead.
Apple would never allow this since they charge you $100 for an additional 16GB storage instead.
A lot of Android handsets on the other hand offer you this flexibility.
You see, some of us have valid reasons to dislike Apple's business practices.Edited by 2010rig - 10/3/11 at 6:07pm
