GTX 560 TI vs AMD 6950? - Page 2

I said nvidia drivers were better. Maybe you should, you know.... read the posts.

Look at the AMD drivers thread in these forums for 2031310913 posts complaining about every CCC version. That's not the case for nvidia.

CCC still doesn't have custom profiles for IQ settings in games. Their layout is still horrible.

No it doesn't. You *are* looking at the 560Ti and not the 560, right?

You said the drivers were better without linking anything of relevance, it's just a bold claim of yours.

I could dig up a thousand posts with people having issues with Nvidia drivers, same goes for AMD. It doesn't make it more true.

I'll let OP do his/hers own research on the matter, instead of spewing out nonsense.

This thread was about 560Ti right? What card did you think I was talking about?

6950 CF is pretty much the same as 570 SLI. This is general knowledge, so you can just look around the forums and check it out for yourself.

I need to link evidence to say that CCC doesn't have custom profiles? Pretty sure everyone in the world knows that but you.

Here's the link to the AMD video drivers on these forums:

Have fun with that.

Wait so you can talk about things as if they were general knowledge but others can't...

Lulz... I see what you did there.

If you are a standard user then get the 560ti. If your thinking of watercooling later on get the 6950. In crossfire the 6950s get a little louder than most cards but if your going for air cooled and not high res get the 560ti

I think this is getting out of hand.

I never said CCC had custom profiles, nor did I claim CCC is better than Nvidia drivers. Not sure what you're getting at. Make your BIAS at least somewhat less obvious.

EDIT: Just looked through your posts, and you post the same thing about AMD/Nvidia drivers in every thread. I'm just going to leave it at that.

RadeonPRO makes Nvidias Control Panel look like a toy.

Regardless, neither side is superior in any way right now. Hearing about the driver problems with the releases after 275.33 actually makes me wonder if not AMDs drivers are better at the moment.

EDIT:
Your choise should be based upon price vs performance:
GTX 560 Ti is almost 10% slower than a 6950 stock.

if you are going to SLI in the future, you need to get the 2GB 560 Ti. but the 560 Ti is a very nice card, and i recommend it.

man, i wish this website had, like, a search function or something.
