New build, advice on parts please!

Hello all, I am in the process of ordering parts for a new gaming desktop PC build. I have been doing a lot of research and have finally found all the parts I want. Before I go ahead and order all of it, I would just like some final suggestions and input on whether I have selected a good build for my budget, or if there is anything I should change. I am building this thing from the ground up and need everything including all peripherals. My budget is around $1800 - $2500 total for everything. Obviously I do want to keep cost down wherever I can. The only parts I haven't finalized on yet is a mouse and case fans. Here is the list:

PC:
Case - Cosmos S $170

Keyboard - Ducky Shine from here $140~ ??
I am still a bit on the fence with a keyboard, I was thinking of a deck, but that Ducky Shine overclock.net is getting in looks awesome!

Mouse Pad - Hayate Soft $25~ ?? (once in stock)

Mouse - ???

Right now my bill is around $2100. I expect to pay about $100 - $150 for the mouse and no idea on the case fans. If anyone has suggestions on a mouse it will be appreciated. I could definitely use suggestions on case fans and cooling my system, though I will probably take that up in the cooling forum here. I do plan on getting a 2nd frozr III 570 to SLI at some point, just not right now.

So does anyone have any suggestions for my build, or does it all look good and I should go ahead and order it? Thank you!

That Corsair 600T is quite enticing. I would say that the main part I have been quite skeptical about whether I should get it or not is the case I selected. Thanks for the advice on a potential alternative!

Obviously I do want to keep cost down wherever I can :

PSU - Corsair Pro Gold 850W $190

I'm pretty sure you can grab a 750 watts power supply that doesn't cost near your GPU.
I'd grab a smaller PSU with a bronze/silver tag and go with either 560 Ti SLI or a single 580.

Thanks for input! I also was wondering about my PSU, some people claimed I'd need one that powerful if I was going to SLI two 570's at some point. I do not want to SLI two 560's because of micro-stuttering issues. I have been considering a single 580 though and possibly doing an SLI with 580s later on. Still not sure about that though. If I did SLI two 580s could I still get away with a 750 watt PSU?

Everything looks good but if you want to save a little $$ here are some things to look at;

case CM 690II Advanced $90
PSU Corsair HX750 $145
CPU cooler CM 212+ $27 ( If you are not doing crazy OC's this should work fine.)

Edit: If you're going to sli 580's then you might want to stick with the 850W PSU

Thanks for advice all. I decided to switch my PSU to a Corsair HX750, case to a Corsair 600T white edition, and stay with my current GPU.
