It's probably the downclocking bug again (just resolved it another thread), it's a well known issue on a few ASUS boards. What BIOS version are you running? 1702 is supposed to fix this.

oh I have 0602... which one should I have?

and can you tell me how to install it?

1702 is the only version that can help me? I can't find it anywhere and the oldest I can find is 0331, will it fix it?

Well I see there is no 1702... what version should I use? can someone help me ???

I've tried to disable or enable Cool'n'quite, LLC, C1E.

I also used manual settings, but no matter what it still drops the voltage and core speed whenever my cpu hits 56'C... which is a normal temperature...

If you have 0602 then you have the latest BIOS, I was thinking your board was older than it was.

IOSEFINI is right. You are overloading the 4+1 phase VRM system by not cooling it. The downclocking is there for your protection. It is specific to the (hidden sometimes) VRM temperature, not CPU temperature.
