Cafe WiFi Setup?

Hey guys,

I have a relative who owns a Cafe. He wanted to setup Free Wifi to his customers. His hardware is strictly a Windows Based laptop and a Billion 7800N ADSL2+ Modem / 801.11b/g/n router.

Features he would like are,
1. Profiles for guests - which limits bandwidth and which websites they can visit.
2. Profiles for himself which gives him full admin access.
3. The ability to view where the traffic is headed or what places are being visited.
4. The ability to change the WiFi password for his guests on a daily basis without too much hassle.

Could anyone suggest (preferably free) DHCP/WebHost software that will run on his laptop and distribute this WiFi to his customers?

Thanks

Something like m0n0wall or pfSense can run a Captive Portal. This way they must agree to terms or conditions or be given a passcode to enter.

I'd really suggest the Captive Portal route.
