4.4GHz is very cool but that is some decent Volts on the core, well done!
most people chicken out but to the ones that don't comes the glory

Thanks. It kept BSoDing and asking for more volts. What voltage is your CPU at for 4.2 GHz?

far out lol it's been a bit since i have mucked around mmm. . . .
i think it was about 1.425 from what i can remember but i cut it back to 4GHz @ just under 1.4v but i need it that high to keep a 24/7 run for boinc,
temps are about 75-85 pushing about 47.5 GFLOPS i did go as hi as 51.5 GFLOPS but it got the 3 day shut down
so my next step will be 1600 mem and i hope to get 50 out of it 24/7 but who knows
i run an h70 cooler but i need real water lol

i see u got there on air ? did u try to crank it at all?

Yep. I have a Scythe Ultra Kaze fan set to 3000 RPM during benching with the shroud to focus air flow. I also have another Scythe UK 3K for exhaust. When not benching they are set to 2250 RPM and 1900 RPM when I sleep.

The fan has a CFM rating of 133 @ 3000 RPM and 45dB. It's loud at full speed.

My GPUs are still kicking along nicely. I think my next board needs 4 PCIe Gen 2 slots, or perhaps Gen 3! I just need to get an adapter so I can fit 2 PSUs inside my case. One in the top, one on the bottom. This Lian Li case is huge. I have so much room. My 260s were touching the HDD cage in my last case (Antec P182)
