How hard for me to reformat?

Hey guys I was just wondering how hard yall think it would be to reformat? I haven't done it since I built this rig and I think it's time as there is a ton of junk everywhere lol.

What worries me is I had XP on it and then I put Windows 7 on there. I used an update disk though (since I already had XP) and I remember it being a really big pain in the ass.

If I try to reformat will I have to install XP again and then Windows 7 like I did last time when I upgraded?

I know this is a basic question but I just wanted to ask

You can do a clean install with an upgrade version of Windows 7: http://www.winsupersite.com/article/...-upgrade-media
