As others have said your card will be fine with 1.15v and should you need to use your warranty it will not be denied for software overclocking. You don't want to and have very little reason to flash your BIOS, you have an excellent cooler but you would not want to run any more than about 1.17v for everyday gaming so where you are currently (1.15v) is perfectly safe and you're not leaving a whole lot on the table. Be happy with whatever you can get at 1.15v and enhoy your card.

I meant the Graphics memory not main memory. I can push mine to 4600mhz but I have to bring it down to stock to go past 940mhz core or so.

Do you think it's stable at 4600Mhz? Related question: Do you know what error correcting code (ECC) GDDR5 is and do you know how to verify it's stability?

Its stable at 4600 with 1.610v but only at stock clocks, to get up to 950+ I've had to put the memory back down to the stock setting. I've been using OCCT to test the memory portion, it seems to do well finding any errors, it showed up right away when I tried to get to 4800mhz which is apparently the rated limit of the chips (I tried for curiosities sake) even with extra voltage. Nvidia cards don't seem to show too much improvement overclocking the Vram anyway so it was more of a "can I do it" thing. As far as ECC GDDR5, its non-registered so I'm not entirely sure what you're getting at. Are you saying I was failing to detect instability?
