If you're wanting to overclock a 125w processor that currently sells for $120, at least spend a little: http://www.canadacomputers.com/produ...item_id=029969
well, I already have a phenom 955, I was just meaning that its stupid to spend 75$ on a NH-D14 (I know its really future proof) when your CPU only worth 120$...
NH-D14 is good for and higher range of CPU imo. Example i7 or i5 2500k which overclock very well and it really matter on the cpu temps... My phenom, even if temp are low, I will not be able to puch further then 4ghz stable 24/7.
And im really not ready to switch for intel now. Maybe an amd bulldozer later once we will see the FX II. For now my 1 years old phenom overclock a bit should work fine for BF3 and my other games for atleast 1-2 years...

My friends have the hyper 212 on they're 1090t, they say it works great and it's much smaller compared to other coolers.
