At business stand point, you have to certain amount of quantity replacement products set aside. ASUS will either fix his problem or send him a replacement.

Stop spreading false info.

The GTX 590 has been EOL for a while now btw

After two-week shipping from them, I got the card and of course 1 minute in the entire screen was flashing and artifacting until the card would crash. I sent a video of it to them, the first in my Intel system and the second in my AMD system. They said they weren't able to replicate it but that I could send it back again. Over two months and $30 in shipping I still don't have a functioning card.
I just had my 590 returned to me from asus for the 3rd time and they have deemed the card as "testing OK, No Repair". When the card blatantly produces artifacts and system lock ups on a constant regular basis. Any suggestions on what I should do? Clearly asking for an rma isn't doing anything.

XFX sent me a 6950 after two months. I plugged it in an hour ago and after 10 minutes, I got a grey screen of death... I'm about to try out some games. If I get the same thing, I'm going to demand that they send me a new card, not a refurbished card since their QC is obviously junk. If they won't comply, look into contacting the Better Business Bureau and mention that you are doing so to them.
