Looks ok.

But I'd get a 500-550w psu instead and put that money towards 1600MHz ram with good timings such as Cas 7 atleast.

You don't need 750w for this build.

Nice build!

Drop the 750w for a 650w unit
Go for G- Skill ripjaws X ram 1600mhz,

Apart from that the rest is spot on!

you could lower the PSU to 650W, if you wanna spare some money.

also, 1600mhz rams would be nice, not that you would feel much, but just a good extra.

unless you want to SLI later on.. my 460's heavily oc'd work fine on my TX750, and i heard 560 uses less power.

I was gonna say, if you're building a good rig, don't buy junk 1333 RAM, especially since it's so cheap now.
Here, this set of RAM will be $40 at 10am PST.

there are 1600mhz kits that go for the same price as 1333 ones. so id get some 1600 mhz gskill ripjaws instead. (though ram speed/timings aint really impt unless youre aiming for good benchmark scores) also, get a 550/650w unless you plan on going sli in the future. other than that, thats a solid build.

Encase you didn't notice all 6 posts above, you don't need that powerful PSU.
