BF3 HUD is off screen

Thread Starter
Hey guys I wasnt sure which forum to post this but i think in AMD general it should be ok.

I am not sure if this is a beta bug because I cannot find information on it but I am using 1 6990 not crossfired at the moment for testing and nothing I do makes the game not be streched.

It will go full screen but the sides are off screen so i see only a porition of the mini map and nothing that appear on the right. I tried the in game screen adjust but it didnt seem to level it.

Any thoughts .. possible i will play with my minitor today...

Using a Dell u2711.

Stupid question... You set native res in game right? smile.gif

Does hud work on windowed mode? Try: reinstall drivers, using crossfire, reinstalling game

16:9 is not super widescreen. He's running 2560x1440, which is 16:9

@OP: I experienced it also, on 2560x1600. But since I couldn't run that at the high settings (it wouldn't let me change those), I lowered it to 1280x800 and it was fixed.

Well, regardless if its super widescreen or not, 2560 is still to wide for the game right now...

Its not a stupid question if it answers his...

Go into your game setting and look for "OPEN SCREEN ADJUST" at the bottom above the Apply, Reset, buttons (see image):

Resize it with your <^> arrows keys. Good luck!

That is the Resolution I am running it at my native res of 2560 x 1440.

I will keep tinkering with some of hte suggestion today. I will leave removing the drivers and enabling crossfire for last as it should work with one card first i feel before I strat to troubleshoot 2 if it brings any issues lol.
