I would be carefull, that voltage is awfully high, although I advise playing with your timings, 5-5-5 is great, but you may be able to achieve stability @ 5-6-5 or similer

just change to PL#9 and keep all other settings... stability is probably from insufficient IMCHv for the latency you are trying to push.

*if PL#9 works.. then raise IMCHv more to be able to run PL#8

MCH voltage is already setted the highest voltage (+0.3). I can't set it higher than +0.3. frown.gif

Same RAM as you and I cant even get past 850mhz any reasonable distance.
2.1v I think is safe but be careful above that, depending on the chips on the RAM the extra voltage may not help in any significant manner. You may just be at the limit of what your ram can do...

Try relaxing timings if your pushing clockspeed.

5-6-5-15 or 5-6-6-15 would be "more relaxed" than your current settings.. fyi- RAM that can handle such low tRas and tRfc should be able to run stable at 900mhz easy.

*I would try just changing PL# to 9 as suggested before altering any other settings... the fact that you have limited MCHv adjustment makes me even more suspicious.

Now I am at 5-6-6-21 2.0v PL#9 tRfc 70 and other settings setted to auto. But pc waiting in a black screen and a _ symbol is flashing.
