What problems are you running into?
What benchmarks are you using?
Temps/ambient temps?

More information needed.

When I OC from 3.37 any higher it loads windows the blue screens, but at 3.37 it runs stable at 37 C so I dont know where the problem is.

Well, I can tell you one thing. I have had some dud E5200/E5300 chips in the past. I had one that wouldn't do 3.4 no matter how much voltage I ran though it.

Most of these chips will do 3.5 or 3.6 all day long. Some may need more coaxing.

All I can tell you is put the vcore around 1.38, set the FSB for about 260, and work your way up from there. These chips rarely like anything above 310-320 fsb.

Idk my vcore because as far as i have read on this mobo I cant change the voltage... and my ram is 2x2048 ddr2 800MHz Corsair. and I do use stock cooling... but as I stated my build is idle at 37 C which is still perfect.

Well if you can't change vcore, then 3.3 is probably all you can do with that board. You need more volts to go higher my man..
