If Origin acts similar to GFWL on steam I wont mind one bit, if it is bought on steam but requires an origin account I see little problem. But I assume thats how it will work out if its on steam.

I understand Steam might be a little easier for some people, but it boggles my mind that people are actually cancelling pre-orders or refusing to buy the game simply because it's not on Steam...that's ludicrous.

Preoder cancel - origin cd-key doesn't activate on steam

Anymore to add?
Preorder cancel - BF3 MP is a Medal of Honor clone

Not any more ludicrous than EA making the stupid decision to not offer BF3 through Steam and losing several thousand customers.

if this ends up happening i might have to cancel my pre-order and get the steam version, if its out in time and comes with the physical warfare pack.

if its gonna be on steam in its entirety, may as well get it there since most of my games are there.

otherwise the only reason i went hard copy over Origin download, is coz i saved $10. knowing steam, my guess is it may even be cheaper again if i use a VPN and get it from the UK store like i usually do.
