Z68 microcenter motherboard for HyperV

My head is spinning from all I've read about Z68 motherboards, but after selecting one, it turns out microcenter, where they are having a killer special, doesn't carry or include the ones I was interested in.

Given I'm limited to the following, which would you pick? I'm building an i7 based desktop running Win2K8 R2 and will have several Hyper-V machines running. The only game I'm interested in is Diablo 3 and it doesn't look like the requirements are all that steep.

Here are my choices:

Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3
Asus P8Z68-V LX
Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H
Asus P8Z68-V PRO

Thanks!

Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD3H
Asus P8Z68-V PRO

pick one for OC id go with the asus, the UD3H lacks phases for overclocking.
