quick sleeving question

Thread Starter
I want to sleeve my headphone cable and zalman mic plug... I'm not sure what size I need though

any help? 1/2 too big? 1/8 too small? I've never sleeved before and I just want to do this to keep it all neat.

You want 1/8in sleeving with 3/16in or 1/4in heatshrink if you are using it. I highly recommend http://ftwpc.com/ for great sleeving for a good price.

1/8" is just fine, but the biggest issue you could face is getting it around the plug. 1/2" is way too big.

Our FTW sleeve is just big enough to stretch over a mini stereo plug. Combine it with SATA heat shrink to get it over the connector
