So getting ready to build my first watercooling loop and just wanted to make sure that this whole thing will work compatibility wise. So with that being said here is my set-up

case: TJ07

CPU/GPU: i5-2500K/EVGA SuperClocked 012-P3-1573-AR GeForce GTX 570

CPU block: K Supreme HF Universal CPU Liquid Cooling Block (nickel)

GPU:EK GeForce 570 GTX SE VGA Liquid Cooling Block - Acetal + Electroless Nickel Plated

Radiators: 1 x Black Ice GTX 480(will this fit?) 1 X Black Ice GTX 92 (92mm edition, not sure if this is pointless?)

Pump: Swiftech MCP655

Reservoir: Swiftech MCRES Micro Rev. 2

Tubing: IDK how much to get?

Fittings: 4 x 3/8 compression , 5 x 3/8 elbow

Fans:4 x Silver Stone AP 121 120mm , 1 x stock 92mm fan

Thanks so much

10feeet of tubing is good.

I would get some kind of setup that will allow you to dump your fluid quickly.
Looks good apart from:

1. Scrap the 92mm rad the 480 will be plenty for a CPU and GPU and a hella lot less work.

2. I'd personally go with 1/2" barbs and get some 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD tubing for a cleaner look. however if you want to use compression fitting you will need 8 not 4. and get the 7/16" ID, 5/8" OD fittings and the same measurement tubing.

3. As this is your 1st rodeo i would order extra tubing and as it is a pretty large case i'd say get 3M of tubing.

The 92 doesn't seem very difficult because I plan to go: res ->pump -> 480 rad -> GPU -> 92 rad -> CPU -> res: and use elbow fittings for them. Unless that is a stupid idea then I probably should scrap it, I just want coldest temps and better performance.

With the barbs I wasn't sure because I hear from other fourms that 1/2 was very hard to work with and the thinner the better, also I failed to mention that the 480 will have 1 barb and 1 elbow(barb to pump, elbow to GPU) and any thing appearing inside the window will use black compression fittings.

Finally what would be the best brand? Primo chill? And cheapest place to buy? Amazon possibly?

Adding that 92mm Rad wont improve your temps in real world statistics, The 480 Rad is more then capable of what your throwing at it.

I personally like the bitspower fittings and being from the UK have never researched any US places to order parts from so i cant help in that regard.

I actually am using bitspower for my compression fittings and koolance for my elbow connectors, I also am buying from FrozenCPU.com. Finally are elbows restrictive at all?

You can look to use 45-degree fittings instead of 90-degree fittings wherever possible to lessen the restriction. Any time the flow has to change it's direction it will lessen the flow, but it's nothing to really worry about.

Wouldn't it be better to have the 480 rad right after the heat-generating components and before the res and pump? Are there any heat issues where these pumps are concerned, that the cooler water going through them the better?
