Is Zotac brand gtx 580's any good?

Thread Starter
Been flirting with getting a gtx 580 simply because there cheaper. $399 the 3gb version a bit more expensive. Is this brand any good? Would i get the samx e performance as other big name brands like evga. I know the specs on these cards are difference but will which means they performance different but will a Zotac gtx 580 act fully like a 580 should. Even if i sli them?

Zotac is a really good brand, I've owned a zotac 9800GT and their cards are of pretty good quality.

Zotac is a solid brand and yes it will perform as well as the other reference cards.

One thing to note is that some people had issues in that Zotac did not raise the voltage enough with their factory OC. So the OC was unstable and the users had to raise the voltage up a tad. However, this is a very small issue and only affected a small amount of people.

Mine all went up to 1.150v and maxed out @ 960 core each on the factory bios.

Btw, I posted on your other and same thread
