At least with CPUID software it showed that. Bios showed something like 11 I think?

It was working fine before up to 2 days ago with 1 580, but the other 580 in, then it stopped working. Probably finally gave out if it was like that.

Think it's shutting itself off before risking other components?

BIOS/Software voltage monitoring is usually off by a good margin, however I will say I've never seen a 12v rail read as low as 8v in either. Your power supply very well could have been struggling to keep up, I'm actually surprised you didn't get more stability issues.

I would try another power supply in your computer and see if it still boots.
